Changchuan Yin
(M’98–SM’15) received the Ph. D. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, P. R. China, in1998. In the fall of 2004, he held a visiting position in the Faculty of Science, the University of Sydney, Sydney, Australia. From 2007 to 2008, he held a visiting position in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Texas A&M University, College Station, USA. He is now working as a professor in the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He was the co-recipient of the IEEE International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing Best Paper Award in 2009. He has served as technical program committee (TPC) member for various IEEE conferences. His research interests include wireless networks and statistical signal processing.

Yuexing Peng received the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2004. From 2004 to 2005, he served asa Senior Engineer with ZTE Company. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Associate with the Telecommunication Engineering School, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), where he is currently an Associate Professor. He was a visiting scholar with the Centre of Excellence in Telecommunications, The University of Sydney, Australia, from 2013 to 2014. His research interests include intelligent signal processing and machine learning and their applications to Internet of Things, wireless communications, and distributed sensing.
